Here we answer everything from what help you receive on the platform right through to how our costing works.


What Is a Point?

We call them points but for you they represent intelligence on who you should be prospecting to generate opportunities. A point contains all the information you need to get your foot in the door at a company. Intelligence on the company’s goals, plans, challenges, combined with useful information such as turnover, employee count and suggested contacts.

How does EngageIQ gather the intelligence?

Our parent company EngageTech makes 20,000 calls a week amounting to 1,500 conversations with the end user market. Our AI algorithm then identifies possible intelligence that is passed to our research team to ensure validity of the intelligence identified and add further context where necessary.

How is this delivered to my team?

Once the intelligence has gone through our rigorous validation process, the Point is created. This is then delivered to your team through the EngageIQ software platform. Each member, with their own unique login, will receive an email alert when a Point is created within the platform. There is also an overview for the main user to be able to see all intelligence, and track your team’s interaction with EngageIQ

Who in our business uses this?

EngageIQ was built from the ground up to work to build a consistent pipeline of opportunities for your sales team. We know better than anyone the challenges faced by these teams and so we have endeavoured to build a platform that is easy to use and delivers pertinent information to help them to target the right companies at the right time.

Anyone who is outbound prospecting through any channel, will see an increase in the number of opportunities they identify as a result of the intelligence provided in EngageIQ. This is most commonly Inside Sales and New Business, with Marketing being able to increase pipeline generated by these teams.

How will it help my sales team?

Sales reps can spend up to 40% of their time looking for somebody to call. Engage IQ delivers actionable intelligence directly to them with contacts to prospect too. With less time researching, sales reps can spend more time doing what they do best, closing.

Can this work with our CRM?

For the machine learning to do what it does best we need people to spend as much time on the platform as possible so currently we don’t supply a direct integration. Saying that we understand the need to document your pipeline so we do provide a CSV download that you can then feed into your CRM.
