  1. They’re short. Our cold emails are rarely longer than five or      six sentences and only the first couple of lines are ever                personalised.
  2. Personalisation is highly relevant and usually funny.
  3. The subject line is always catchy and always personalised
  4. There’s never a hard sell

No two reps use the same template, either. Each SDR creates their own template based on personal experience. So even though we are using templates, each of the templates has been tested on a specific market and a specific type of prospect.
